Brekkie Scramble | THM-approved

I know you’re hungry, so let’s cut the small talk.
Logan and I eat this at least ten times a week. It’s easy, inexpensive, and good for busy mornings.
(Side note: I usually don’t even like eggs, but this one changed everything.)

Brekkie Scramble
(Single Serve)
Ingredients:
-1/3 cup of water
-1 cup of kale
-3 eggs
-3 breakfast sausage links cooked and chopped into bite-size pieces
-1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast

Instructions:
1. Boil water in a skillet, add kale and cook until wilted.
2. Add sausage, nutritional yeast, and eggs to the pan, cook as usual.
3. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
