Maple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Makes 1 serving
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup unsweetened, original almond milk
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp stevia (more to taste)
1 tsp maple extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix oatmeal, water, and almond milk in a pot over medium/high heat.
Stir occasionally until mixture is thick but still liquidy.
Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for one minute.
Cool and enjoy!
