One Month of Trim Healthy Mama

I’m a very goal-oriented person.
If it’s not on my to-do list, it’s just not going to get done. That’s why I’m extremely careful to write out specific, time-sensitive goals at the beginning of every month.
I keep it simple: 5 or 6 big goals and maybe 10 mini-goals.

Here are my health & fitness goals for June:
-Maintain my weight (at 15 weeks pregnant, I’m pretty happy with my weight gain so far.)
-Stay on plan the entire month (no cheats.)
-Meet my daily step goal (10,000 steps.)
-Continue my run/swim routine five days a week.
-Try out every class available at the Y.

It’s a lot to accomplish, but there’s a wonderful THM support group on Facebook filled with members who will keep me accountable in all things clean eating, weight management, and exercise.

I took about an hour and a half to meal plan the entire month. As time-consuming as it was, it’ll make things soo much easier. It isn’t as hard to stay on plan when everything is set in print, especially if you prep the coming week’s meals beforehand.

Here’s my plan for the month.
